摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,国家加大对大数据的政策支持力度,大数据已上升至国家战略。国电大渡河流域水电开发有限公司紧跟时代步伐,提出全力建设“智慧大渡河”目标,“智慧检修”是其中重要的一个单元。水电机组智慧检修系统建设正是在逐步实施设备状态监测和故障诊断的状态检修下提出的,它符合水电机组检修管理方式的发展方向,本文研究了水电机组智慧检修总体架构和应具有的三大支持系统,即实时状态监测系统、健康度评价及趋势预警系统、智慧检修管理系统,本文的研究成果已经应用于大渡河枕头坝一级水电站设备检修管理。
With the continuous development of information technology,the support of national policies to big data is constantly improving,and big data has risen to national strategy.Guodian Dadu River Basin Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.keeps up with the pace of the times,and puts forward to build the goal of"Intelligent Dadu River"with all efforts,and"intelligent overhaul"is one of the important units.The construction of intelligent overhaul system for hydropower units is proposed under the condition of gradually implementing the condition based maintenance of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,which conforms to the development direction of maintenance management mode for hydropower units.This paper studies the overall framework and three supporting systems of intelligent maintenance of hydropower units,that is,real-time status monitoring system,health evaluation and trend early warning system,and intelligent overhaul management system.The study results of this paper have been applied to the maintenance management of the first-class hydropower station equipment in the Zhengtou Dam of Dadu River.
