Study on Automatic Generation System of Electronic Driver's Report

传统司机电子报单数据的生成从信息填写、纸张传递、整理到手工录入,作业流程复杂,人工参与环节多,耗费时间长,导致工作量大、数据准确性低、统计周期长等问题,研发自动电子报单生成系统为解决上述问题,最大限度避免人工操作的失误,缩短统计周期,提高机车统计数据的准确性、时效性提供技术手段。本文简单阐述了系统方案,主要内容包括报单数据分析、系统工作流程设计、系统功能设计等。

From the information filling,paper transfer,sort out to manual entry,the generation of traditional driver’s electronic report data has complex operation process and many manual participation links,it takes a long time and results in heavy workload,low data accuracy,long statistical cycle and other problems.To solve these problems,the automatic electronic report generation system is developed to maximize avoid the mistakes of manual operation,shorten the statistical period and improve the accuracy and timeliness of locomotive statistical data,technical means are provided.This paper briefly describes the system scheme,including the analysis of the report data,the design of the system workflow,the design of the system function,etc.
