Cause Analysis and Treatment of Coking in 660MW Supercritical Boiler

针对某电厂设计一致的2台锅炉出现的不同结焦状况,开展从燃用煤质、设备安装与运行调整等方面进行分析研究,以及针对不同问题采取的处理措施。通过研究,本文不仅总结出了1套锅炉结焦原因的排查措施,还发现了燃烧器切圆复查、增加入炉煤灰份等一些新的改善锅炉结焦的方法,有一定的借鉴意义。

In view of the different coking conditions of two boilers with the same design in a power plant,the analysis and study are carried out from the aspects of coal quality,equipment installation and operation adjustment,as well as the treatment measures taken for different problems.Through the study,the author not only summarizes a set of troubleshooting measures for the causes of boilers’coking,but also finds some new methods to improve the boilers’coking,such as burner circle checking,adding coal ash into the boilers,etc.,which has certain reference meaning.
