摘要
汽车车身的防腐性能是汽车使用耐久度的重要指标之一,也关系到驾驶安全。在汽车设计同步工程中通过汽车车身材料和汽车结构分析、腔体开孔、钣金搭接间隙以及排液、排气孔、涂胶等方面的分析,改进影响电泳漆膜防腐性的结构设计,提供其他辅助手段提升电泳漆膜的防腐性能。运用Ecoatmaster等仿真分析软件,分析车型各处的电泳漆膜厚度。
Anticorrosive performance of the car body is one of the important indicators of the durability of the car,and it is also related to driving safety.In car design synchronization engineering,through the analysis of car body materials and structures,cavity openings,sheet metal lap gaps,and drainage,air vent,glue and other aspects,to improve the structure that affects the corrosion resistance of the electrophoretic paint film.Provide other auxiliary means to improve the anticorrosive performance of the electrophoretic paint film.Use Ecoatmaster and other simulation analysis software to analyze the thickness of the electrophoretic paint film on various parts of the vehicle.
