摘要 介绍了垃圾焚烧电厂的旁路系统,并对两级多孔节流式、环形逐级膨胀式两种结构形式的旁路末级减温减压装置进行了技术总结,给出了旁路末级减温减压装置的焓熵工作原理图及计算公式,分析了各自的结构特点。最后结合工程实例计算阐述了两种装置的异同点,并对垃圾焚烧电厂旁路末级减温减压装置类型的选择给出了建议。该分析计算结果为后续垃圾焚烧发电项目旁路消能装置的设计选型提供了参考。 The bypass system of waste incineration power plants is presented,and technology characteristics of two types of bypass desuperheater and decompressor,namely two stage multihole throttle type and annular stage-by-stage expanding type,are summarized.Besides,the calculation formulas and enthalpy-entropy diagram of the device are stated,and the design features of the two types are analyzed respectively in detail.Finally,the similarities and differences between the two types are demonstrated with engineering project calculation,and some suggestions for the selection of device type are given.The research can provide certain reference for the design and type selection of bypass system energy dissipation device in waste incineration power plants.
