摘要
分析了多个参数同时变化对真空严密性的综合影响,建立了多个参数同时变化对真空严密性综合影响的解析算法以及相应的综合修正方法。应用该解析算法以及综合修正方法,可以对多个参数同时偏离规定值对真空严密性影响的程度进行具体计算,并把真空严密性修正到设计参数状态。研究成果对于避免对真空严密性试验值的误判断具有实际意义。
The influence of various parameters change on vacuum tightness was analyzed,and its analytical algorithm and corresponding correction method of vacuum tightness test were proposed.Through application of this algorithm and correction method,the influence on vacuum tightness could be calculated when various parameters deviated from the design value,and the vacuum tightness could be corrected to the design condition.The research result is of actual significance for avoiding misjudgment on the test value of vacuum tightness.
