矿用皮带滚筒摩擦试验除尘装置研究

摘要 在煤矿运输设备阻燃输送带的安全性能检测检验中,滚筒摩擦实验结果是一项重要的判断标准。在滚筒摩擦实验过程中,由于滚筒和阻燃输送带间的持续摩擦,输送带因高温会产生大量的一氧化碳、二氧化硫,燃烧不完全的氮氧化物,还有少量的多环芳烃等致癌物质,并且会产生大量烟尘,对环境污染较大。为了避免这些有害物质进入大气环境中破坏生态平衡,也为了人们生活环境的健康发展,本文对螺旋环雾喷槽除尘装置进行了研究,并提出了改进措施。 In the inspection of the safety performance of the flame-retardant conveyor belt of the coal mine transportation equipment,the results of the drum friction test is an important criterion.In the process of cylinder friction experiment,due to the continuous friction between the cylinder and the flame-retardant conveyor belt,the conveyor belt will produce a large number of carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide,incomplete combustion of nitrogen oxides,a small amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other carcinogens due to high temperature,and will produce a large number of smoke and dust,which will cause great environmental pollution.In order to prevent these harmful substances from entering the atmosphere and damaging the ecological balance,and for the healthy development of people's living environment,this paper studied the dust removal device of spiral ring fog spray tank,and put forward the improvement measures.
