摘要
影响玄武岩纤维抗拉强度的因素较多,而原料组成是影响该纤维抗拉强度的根本所在。本文分析了玄武岩原料的化学组成与矿物组成,重点研究了原料组成对纤维抗拉强度的影响。结果发现,原料组成主要影响玄武岩熔融过程中熔体的熔融温度、熔体黏度及熔体温度的均匀性,进而影响玄武岩纤维的抗拉强度。
There are many factors affecting the tensile strength of basalt fiber,and the composition of raw materials is the fundamental factor affecting the tensile strength of the fiber.This paper analyzed the chemical composition and mineral composition of basalt raw materials,and focused on the influence of raw material composition on the tensile strength of fibers.It was found that the raw material composition mainly affected the melting temperature of the melt,the viscosity of the melt and the uniformity of the melt temperature during basalt melting,which in turn affected the tensile strength of the basalt fiber.
