基于自蔓延热解焚烧技术处置城市生活污泥的流程

摘要 城市生活污泥是城市污水处理过程中产生的副产物,含有病原微生物、有机污染物、重金属等危害因子。但是,污水处理厂产生的生活污泥含水率较高,通常在80%左右,给污泥的处理带来了极大困难。本文介绍了一种新型高温无害化处理生活污泥的技术,即自蔓延热解焚烧技术。实践证明,该技术能有效解决高含水率生活污泥的减量化、无害化及资源化处置问题,同时能大大降低处理能耗及成本。 Municipal sewage sludge is a by-product in the process of municipal sewage treatment.The main pollutants existing in domestic sludge are organic pollutants,pathogenic microorganisms,heavy metals and so on.Because of the high water content of sewage sludge produced by sewage treatment plants,usually around 80%,it brings great difficulties to sludge treatment.This paper introduced a new technology of high temperature harmless treatment of domestic sludge,which is self propagating pyrolysis incineration technology.The practice shows that the technology can effectively solves the problem of high water content of sludge and greatly reduces energy consumption.
