摘要
正交频分复用(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,OFDM)是一种非常有效的高速数据传输技术,然而OFDM传输信号非常高的峰均比(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio,PAPR)会给工程实现带来很大困难。选择性映射(Selective Mapping,SLM)方法是一种能够有效降低OFDM信号PAPR的技术,但这种方法往往计算复杂度很高并需要传输边信息(Side Information,SI),增加了硬件实现的难度并降低了数据传输速率。提出了一种降低OFDM信号PAPR的低复杂度时域盲SLM方法,该方法对传输时域的相位旋转矢量进行了合理设计,并利用等效无线信道进行频率域均衡。仿真结果表明,与现有的低复杂度SLM方法相比,提出的SLM方法在没有SI传输的情况下实现了更低的计算复杂度,并具有良好的降低OFDM系统PAPR的性能。
Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing(OFDM)is a very effective technique for high-rate data transmission.However,the transmitted OFDM signal has very high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio(PAPR),which causes serious issues to the practical OFDM systems.The Selective Mapping(SLM)scheme is an attractive technique to reduce the PAPR of OFDM signals.This approach usually requires both high computational complexity and the transmission of Side Information(SI),which increases the difficulty of the hardware implementation and reduces the data transmission rate.A novel time domain blind SLM scheme with low complexity is proposed to reduce the PAPR of OFDM signals,which properly designs the phase rotation vector in the time domain with SI transmission as well as uses the equivalent wireless channel to perform the frequency domain equalization.Simulation results show that the proposed SLM scheme achieve much lower computational complexity and greater robustness in PAPR reduction performance without SI transmission as compared to the available low-complexity SLM schemes.
