一种小型化的K波段下变频器设计

摘要 K波段下变频器的功能是将射频信号频谱搬移至中频,提供满足接收终端要求的中频信号。整体设计通常采用2次变频处理,设计低相噪的本振信号并配置合理的一本振频率及二本振频率,能够有效地控制带内外交调产物,有利于信号质量。通过HFSS仿真设计并应用高性能指标的K波段镜像抑制腔体滤波器,进行镜像频率抑制,改善接收信噪比。通过选用高端的射频集成PLL,简化设计难度,使设备小型化并增加设备的通用性。 The function of the K-band down-converter is converting the RF signal spectrum to IF,providing IF signal which meets the requirements of receiving terminal.The whole design of K-band down-converter usually adopts two frequency conversions.The LO signal with low-phase noise and appropriate frequency of LO1 and LO2 can effectively control the products of internal and external modulation,and is better for signal quality.Through the application of HFSS design and high performance K-band cavity filter,the image frequency rejection is performed and the received SNR is improved.Through the selection of RF integrated PLL,the design is simplified and the equipment is miniaturized.And the generalityof the equipment is increased.
