基于拓扑优化技术的导光板散射网点设计方法及其实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决机舱导光板传统设计方法下出光不均匀问题,根据球面点光源在空间中的光学传播特性以及导光板散射网点的散射原理,建立了三维坐标下的光照度模型,将拓扑优化理论与出亮度-网点直径数学模型相结合,以导光板散射网点直径为设计变量,以光照度-网点直径数学模型为目标函数来建立拓扑优化模型,推导出了一种基于拓扑优化方法的导光板散射网点出射照度的最优化设计方法。利用MATLAB编程对模型进行最优化求解和仿真,对仿真结果进行归一化,最终得到基于MATLAB程序下的导光板散射网点模拟仿真效果图,实现了通过导光板反射光的亮度最均匀化。将仿真结果与现有传统的光学软件下的结果进行对比,显示该方法下的散射网点仿真效果及出光均匀度优于传统光学方法下的仿真效果。 In order to solve the problem of uneven illumination under the traditional design method of the cabin light guide plate(LGP),in this thesis,according to the optical propagation characteristics of the spherical point source which is in space and the optical principle of the scattering dots of mathematical model of illumination brightness in three-dimensional coordinates is established.The topology optimization theory was combined with the mathematical model of the brightness-dot diameter to the LGP.The diameter of the scattering dots was the design variable,and the mathematical model of the light-brightness diameter was used as the objective function to establish the topology optimization model.Then an optimal design method based on the topology optimization method for the brightness of the scattering dots of the LGP is derived.The model was optimized and simulated by MATLAB programming,and the simulation results were normalized.Finally,the simulation of the scattering dots of the LGP(light guide plate)based on the MATLAB program is obtained,and the brightness of the light reflected by the LGP is most uniformized.Comparing the simulation results with those of the existing traditional optical software,the scattering dots simulation effect uniformity of the light output under the method is better than that under the traditional optical method.
