摘要
地下室底板结构存在高低跨现象时,常规施工工艺为“先回填、后桩基”,即先将各区域的土方回填至设计标高,再施工对应的桩基。此种施工方式需要待回填土沉降稳定后方可继续后续工作,工期较长,桩基施工难度较大。为有效解决此类问题,对高低跨结构的基础施工流程进行优化,将高跨深回填区的基础施工顺序调整为“先桩基、后回填”,并在重庆鲁能泰山七号二期项目现场实践应用,实施效果良好,可有效节约工期,降低施工难度,提高施工效益。
When the basement floor structure has high and low span phenomenon,the conventional construction process is"backfill first,then pile foundation",that is,first backfilling the earthwork in each area to the design elevation,and then constructing the corresponding pile foundation.This construction method needs to wait for the backfill settlement to be stable before continuing the follow-up work,and so the construction period is long and the pile foundation construction is difficult.In order to solve these problems effectively,the foundation construction process of high and low span structure is optimized,and the foundation construction sequenee of high span deep backfill area is adjusted to"pile foundation first,then backfill".These construction process and operation points were practically applied to the second phase of Chongqing Luneng Taishan No.7 project,which obtained good implementation effect,effectively saved the construction period,reduced the construction difficulty and improved the construction efficiency.
