Taking the treelike steel frame of the east entrance hall of supporting area of Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center as an example,the structural characteristics of"X shaped box trunk with variable cross section"and"inverted pyramid crown"are analyzed and the countermeasures in the manufacturing process of steel structure are put forward.The main process ideas are introduced and the improvement suggestions are put forward,so as to solve the manufacturing problem of complex 3D steel structure,which can provide reference for the design and manufacture of similar structures in the future.
