高层住宅施工工期较长,劳动力需求较高,制约了高层住宅产业化的发展。为提高施工效率,采用穿插流水施工管理技术,明确施工全过程从下往上流水的施工工序组织要求,可缩短施工工期,降低对劳动力数量的需求,提高工程管理的精细化水平。以杭州某地块二标项目为例,通过应用穿插施工,节约工期128d,减少工人120人,并取得了明显的经济效益,为类似项目提供了一套成功的穿插提效管理经验。
