High Efficient and Airtight Construction Technology of Passive Residence

气密性为被动式住宅重要指标之一,目前相关的施工经验较少。依托高碑店列车新城被动式住宅项目的施工经验,对混凝土主体结构工程、装修工程、机电安装工程等施工过程中的气密性控制要点进行分析,针对各个控制要点分别选用不同的施工方法,应用铝模拉片、三段式螺杆、密封胶等大幅提高施工质量与施工效率,使工程满足被动式住宅的气密性要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Air tightness is one of the important indexes of passive residence,and presently there is itte relevant construction experience.Based on the construction experience of Gaobeidian Lieche New Town passive residential project,the key points of air tightness control in the construction process of concrete main structure engineering,decoration engineering,mechanical and electrical installation engineering,etc.are analyzed.According to each control point,different construction methods are selected,and the application of aluminum die tensile sheet,three-stage screw and sealant,etc.can greatly improve the construction quality and efficiency and meet the air tightness requirements of passive residence.
