自制轨道式移动脚手架在大空间复杂曲面吊顶装饰工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据宁波奥体中心游泳馆项目游泳池上部铝圆通曲面吊顶的施工实践,利用由支撑架体、轨道、施加预应力的转换层和施工平台结构组成的自制轨道式移动脚手架体系,解决了非平面基础上大空间复杂曲面吊顶的安装难题,在降低成本的同时,减少了吊顶下部对其他工作面的影响,加快了整体施工进度。总结的关键技术为类似游泳馆等大空间吊顶装饰工程的施工积累了经验。 According to the construction practice of aluminum circular curved ceiling on the upper part of swimming pool of Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Natatorium project,the installation problem of large space complex curved ceiling on non-plane foundation is solved by the self-made rail type mobile scaffold system consisting of support frame,track,prestressed transfer layer and construction platform structure.At the same time of cost reduction,the impact of the lower part of the ceiling on other working faces is reduced,and the overall construction progress is accelerated.The key technologies summarized accumulate experience for the construction of similar natatorium and other large space ceiling decoration project.
