超大体量泡沫混凝土在软土地区新建高速公路路基施工中的应用

Application of Super Large Volume Foam Concrete in Construction of New Expressway Subgrade in Soft Soil Area

为减少软土地区高速公路路基不均匀沉降,避免桥头跳车现象,增加高速公路行车舒适性和安全性,结合浙江省台州湾大桥及接线工程建设实际,对部分路段进行了超大体量泡沫混凝土路基换填。从超大体量泡沫混凝土路基换填的施工工艺、过程质量控制要点等方面进行了总结,其经验可为相关工程项目提供参考。

To reduce uneven settlement of expressway subgrade in soft soil area,avoid vehicle bumping at the bridge head and increase driving comfort and safety of expressway,combined with the actual construction of Taizhou Bay Bridge and connection project in Zhejiang Province,the super large volume foam concrete subgrade replacement is carried out in some sections.The construction technology and process quality control points of super large volume foam concrete subgrade replacement are summarized,which can provide reference for related engineering projects.
