摘要
针对深埋小直径长距离盾构施工过程中,物料长距离运输的难题,结合武汉大东湖深埋隧道工程,通过始发井设计优化、增设后导洞,做好竖井内布置、隧道内布置、增设中间道岔等措施,有效提高了盾构水平、垂直物料运输效率,保障了盾构的高效掘进。积累的经验可供类似工程借鉴。
Aiming at the difficult problem of long-distance transportation of materials in the process of deep buried small-diameter long-distance shield construction,combined with Wuhan Dadonghu deep buried tunnel project,through the design optimization of initial well and adding a rear guiding hole,as well as the proper arrangement of the shaft and the tunnel and adding the intermediate turnouts,ete.,the efficiency of horizontal and vertical material transportation of the shield is effectively improved,and the efficient tunneling of the shield is guaranteed.The accumulated experience can be used for reterence by similar projects.
