摘要
针对上海北虹路立交超高、超重立柱施工实际需求,研发了超高双节大型立柱施工成套技术。通过对立柱合理分节,解决了超高、超大构件运输线路、车辆载重及起重总量受限等施工难题;通过使用环氧黏结剂实现拼接面严密拼接,克服了双节预制立柱拼装截面的压应力、抗折抗剪和上下节段拼装精度等施工难点;通过采用高强灌浆套筒连接代替钢筋连接,保证了接头连接质量,一体化效果好。
According to the actual requirements of super high and super heavy column construction of Beihong Road Interchange in Shanghai,a complete set of super high double segment large column construction technology is developed.Through the reasonable segmentation of the columns,the contined construction dfitulties such as super high and super large component transportation line,vehicle load and total liting capacitylimited are solved;through the use of epoxy adhesive,the joints of the splicing surface are closely spliced,which overcomes the construction ifiulties such as the compression stress,bending and shear resistance of the assembly section of the double segment prefabricated column,and the assembly accuracy of the upper and lower sections;by the high strength grouting sleeve connection instead of the reinforcement connection,the quality of the grouting connection joint is reliable and the integration effect is excellent.
