Prevention and Treatment of Road Defects in Residential Distract Based on Planning and Design

住宅小区道路在使用的过程中经常出现塌陷、反复开挖、通行不畅、路面破碎和检查井沉降、凸出、开裂、噪声大等问题,给住户的日常生活带来诸多不便,并且耗费人力、财力。分析其原因,主要是道路规划设计的前瞻性不够、理念不先进。因此,在道路规划设计中,应以现实为基础,综合经济效益,力求环境舒适并充分展望未来,使规划设计保持弹性,为未来发展预留空间,尽可能规划设计成地下管廊,如受条件限制应尽量规划于绿化带等动荷载较小的部位。通过加强实施过程管理,使规划设计得到有效实施,其经验可供其他工程借鉴。

Due to the lack of foresight and advanced concept in the planning and design of residential district roads,there are often problems such as collapse,repeated excavation,poor traffic,pavement breakage,inspection well setlement,bulge or cracking,big noise and so on in the process of use,which bring a lot of inconvenience to the daily lite of residents.Therefore,underthe comprehensive consideration of the current conditions,the road planning and design should be fully looked forward to the future,so as to keep the fexibility of the planning and design,reserve space for future development,and effectively implement the planning and design by strengthening the implementation process management.
