摘要
为解决施工条件的限制条件下钢拱桥的施工难题,结合某空间异形钢拱桥施工实际,结合其施工要求和结构特点,对钢拱桥整体竖向转体的施工技术进行了创新。在设计阶段提出了三脚架首先转体就位,拱肋随后转体就位的二次转体施工方案,并对其竖转施工过程进行分析模拟,验证了该转体施工方案的可行性,为今后类似工程的实施提供了思路。
To solve the construction problems of steel arch bridge under the limited construction conditions,combined with the construction practice of a space abnormally-shaped steel arch bridge,combined with its construction requirements and structural characteristics,the construction technology of the overall vertical rotation of steel arch bridge is innovated.In the design stage,a twice rotation construction scheme was proposed in which the tripod was rotated in place first and then the arch ribs were rotated accordingly.Furthermore,the vertical rotation construction process was analyzed and simulated to verify the feasiblity of the rotation construction scheme and provides ideas for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
