摘要
对项目总承包管理模式的探索是项目管理的基础。为更好地进行项目管理,提出项目“菱形管控”模式,介绍了其理念、各岗位职责、联动机制、管理思路等内容,并结合新开发银行项目进行了实际工程应用,取得了良好的项目管理效果,可为类似项目参考。
The exploration of general contracting management mode is the foundation of project management.To better carry out the project management,the project"Diamond control"mode is proposed,and its concept,responsibilities of each post,linkage mechanism,management ideas,etc.are introduced.In addition,it is combined with the practical engineering application in a newly developed bank project,which achieves good project management effect and can be used as reference for similar projects.
