摘要
上海地区某大型保障房居住社区超大面积地下车库位于地块中间,住宅布置在地库周边,形成锯齿状布局,且两者之间存在着“外高内低”台阶式高低差。针对这个特点,在基坑工程经济性分析原则的基础上,对工程基坑围护方案进行了比选,最终选择了施工简单、高效、经济可行的方案进行施工,相关经验可供类似工程参考。
The super large area underground garage of a large affordable housing residential community in Shanghai is located in the middle of the plot,the residence is arranged around the basement,forming a zigzag layout,and there is a step height difterence of"outside high and inside low".According to this characteristic,on the basis of the principle of the economic analysis of foundation pit engineering,the support schemes of foundation pit engineering are compared and selected,and a simple,efficient,economic and feasible scheme for construction is finally selected.The relevant experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
