The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia started from the beginning of this year has been quite ferocious,becoming a major examination for medical and health industry of our country,also posing new tasks and challenges for the head teachers'work in colleges in the special period.Under such circumnstances,the articleanalyzes the role of WeChat as a new media in the construction of class collective and the infuence on college students,improving the pragmaticality and innovation of the head teachers'work in colleges through multiple ways such as changing the traditional ideas of head teachers,improving their WeChat ability,improving college students'media literacy,strengthening the supervision of the campus network security,etc.
