新时期高校大学生社团可持续发展策略研究——以集宁师范学院为例

A Research on the Sustainable Development Strategy of College Student Associations in the New Period--Taking Jining Normal University as an example

大学生社团是高校学生依据自己的兴趣爱好自愿组成、自主活动、自我管理的学生自治组织,更是新时期高校思想政治工作、党团工作、校园文化延伸的重要载体和补充。以集宁师范学院学生社团为例,深入分析大学生社团中存在的问题和产生的原因,对大学生社团可持续发展的方法进行探讨和研究,以期全面推动高校学生社团建设。

College student associations are autonomous onganizations,established by collge students voluntarily based on their own interests and hobbies,and developed and managed on their own.They are also important carriens and supplements for ideological and political work,party and league work,and ceampus culture extension of the colleges and universities in the new era.This article takes the student associations of Jining Normal University as an example,deeply analyzes the problems and ceauses in college stuadent associations,and explores and studies the methods of sustainable development of college student associations,in hope of promoting the construction of college student associations comprehensively.
