巴班斯基“教学过程最优化”理论的本质,是以最小必须的消耗,取得该情况下最大可能的效果。为此,在高职应用文写作教学实践中,教师要做到综合规划教学任务,考虑学生的全面发展;善于抓住课程主要内容,减轻学生学习负担;根据学生和课程的实际情况,合理选择教学方法。只有将这三种要素结合起来,才能实现课程教学实践的全面最优化。

The essence of Babansky's“Optimization of the Learning Process”theory is to obuain the maximum possible ffect with the minimum necessary consumption.To this end,in the teaching practice of practical writing in higher vocational colleges.teachers should comprehensively plan teaching tasks and consider the overall development of students:be good at grasping the main content of the courses in order to reduce the leaming burden of students;choose reasonable teaching method according to the actual situation of students and courses.Only by combining those three elements can the course teaching practice be fully optimized.
