骨关节炎潜在治疗方案:间充质干细胞外泌体 被引量:5

摘要 骨关节炎作为常见的关节慢性退行性病变,致残率随人口老龄化、肥胖率的上升及不合理锻炼等原因逐年升高。以间充质干细胞为种子细胞的软骨组织工程是目前治疗骨关节炎最具潜力的方法。越来越多的研究表明,间充质干细胞分泌的外泌体是其能够介导软骨修复及再生的主要原因。本文主要对间充质干细胞外泌体的产生、生物学特征及在软骨修复、再生中的作用做一总结,以期更好的阐明间充质干细胞外泌体治疗骨关节炎的机制。 Objective Osteoarthritis is a common chronic degenerative disease of joints,and its disability rate increases year by year with the increase of population aging,obesity rate and unreasonable exercise.Cartilage tissue engineering with mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells is the most promising treatment for osteoarthritis.More and more studies show that exosomes secreted by mesenchymal stem cells are the main reason for its mediating cartilage repair and regeneration.In this paper,the production,biological characteristics and role of mesenchymal stem cell exosomes in cartilage repair and regeneration were summarized,so as to better elucidate the mechanism of mesenchymal stem cell exosomes in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
