摘要
农民工就业问题是我国城镇化进程中的一个现实难题。利用城镇外来务工人员就业和食品需求问卷数据,重点分析了熟人介绍、人力资本对农民工就业质量的影响以及不同特征群体间的差异。结果表明:①熟人介绍对农民工就业质量存在负向影响,通过熟人介绍更倾向于得到工资高、工作强度高且较不稳定的工作。②人力资本对农民工就业质量存在正向影响。③熟人介绍、人力资本对不同特征的农民工就业质量存在差异。
The employment of rural migrant workers in cities is a conundrum in the process of urbanization in China.This paper mainly analyzed the influence of acquaintance recommendation,human capital on the quality of employment of rural migrant workers and the differences among groups with different features through the questionnaire data from "Employment and Food Demand of Migrant Workers in Urban Areas".The empirical results showed that:Firstly,acquaintance recommendation took a toll on the quality of employment of rural migrant workers.Through acquaintance recommendation,they were more likely to get jobs with high salary,high intensity and less stability.Secondly,human capital had a positive impact the quality of employment of rural migrant workers.Thirdly,acquaintance recommendation and human capital had differentinfluences on the quality of employment of rural migrant workers with different features.
