摘要
使用高温开炼机制备了混炼型聚氨酯/热塑性聚醚酯动态硫化热塑性硫化胶(TPV),探索了TPV的动态硫化历程及结构与性能的关系。结果表明,不同的微观结构决定了TPV具有不同的物理性能;TPV动态硫化历程分为4个阶段,即动态硫化初始阶段、相反转开始阶段、相反转过渡阶段和相反转结束阶段;储能模量-温度曲线证明了相反转在14 min时结束;TPV的交联密度持续增大,而相容界厚度先减小后增大。
The thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)of millable polyurethane/thermoplastic polyether ester was prepared by dynamic vulcanization process with high-temperature smelting machine,and the relationship between the dynamic vulcanization process and structure-property of TPV was explored.The results showed that different microstructures determined the different physical properties of TPV,and the dynamic vulcanization process of TPV consisted of initial stage of dynamic vulcanization,initial stage of reverse vulcanization,transition stage of reverse vulcanization and end of reverse vulcanization.Storage modulus-temperature curve indicated that phase inversion of dynamic vulcanization process ended in 14 min.The crosslinking density of TPV increased continuously,but the compatibility boundary area first decreased and then increased.
