Textual Research of Terminology Medicinal Couple

药对是在中医药理论指导下,经实践证明有效的2味药物的配对使用。研究药对配伍理论,对于提高临床用药水平、发展中药药性理论具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。在现代中医药学名词术语规范确立以前,"药对""对药""姊妹药""对子药"等各种不同的名称散见于古今医籍著作中,少有学者对其系统梳理与归纳。鉴于此,本文通过考释"药对"术语的源流与沿革,厘清其发展脉络,对"药对""角药"等进行辨析,为其规范定名和相关术语的正确应用提供参考。

Medicinal couple is a pair of two kinds of drugs which are proved effective by practice under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the compatibility theory of medicinal couple for improving the rational drug use level and developing the theory of Chinese medicine properties.Before the establishment of modern Chinese medicine terminology criteria,a large number of discussions on compatibility of medicinal couple are scattered in ancient and modern medical literature,and few scholars systematically induce and summarize them.The article intended to research the origin and evolution of appellation,study the development of the understanding of this appellation,discriminate the"medicinal couple"and the related name"angle medicine",and provide references for the standard naming of terminology and the correct using of related terms.
