摘要
《虚损启微》是论述虚损的中医专著,通过对清代医家洪缉庵著作《虚损启微》的分析与归纳,从病因病机、病证与脉象、辨证论治、传变与预后、预防与调护等方面探析其虚损学术思想。其首述《黄帝内经》之意,认为虚损病因宜首辨阴阳,主要病机为肾元亏虚尤重肾阴。诊治虚损以阴虚补阴、阳虚补阳为治法之要,针对诸虚见证分论阴阳寒热虚实治法,重视虚损之脉对虚损诊断、选方用药及预后的指导作用,其中以迟数为关键,详辨虚损病证,选用古方创立新方,提高治疗的针对性。认为虚损传变为自上而下或自下而上,但均以脾胃为关键,传变过乎脾胃及危候者为不治,慎重用药及自我养护是虚损预防调护的重要方式。
Xu Sun Qi Wei is a traditional Chinese medicine monograph on consumptive disease.Through the analysis and induction of the Qing dynasty doctor's HONG Ji-an's book Xu Sun Qi Wei,from the pathogenesis,disease and pulse,syndrome differentiation,transformation and prognosis,prevention and adjustment,etc.,the author analyzes its academic theory of consumptive disease.The first description of the Inner Canon of Huangdi means that the cause of consumptive disease is suitable for the first diagnosis of Yin and Yang,the main pathogenesis is kidney deficiency,especially kidney Yin.Diagnosis and treatment of consumptive disease of Yin deficiency and increase Yin,Yang deficiency and increase Yang are the key to cure.The Yin and Yang cold heat treatment method,pay attention to the pulse of consumptive disease on the diagnosis of consumptive disease,prescription medication and prognosis,of which the slow and frequent pulse is the key,detailed diagnosis of the consumptive disease,the use of ancient recipes,the creation of new prescriptions,improve the targeted treatment.It is believed that the consumptive disease is transmitted from top to bottom or from bottom to top,but the spleen and stomach are the key.The transmutation of the spleen and stomach and the dying syndrome are incurable.Prudent medication and self-care are important ways to prevent and control the consumptive disease.
