基于数据挖掘悬起灸治疗原发性痛经的灸量规律分析

Analysis of Application of Over Skin Moxibustion for Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析悬起灸治疗原发性痛经的灸量规律。方法:对近20年来悬起灸治疗原发性痛经的文献进行检索、筛选、数据提取并建立数据库,采用数据挖掘技术统计分析穴位、穴位数目、每次施灸时间、每穴施灸时间、施灸介入时间(经前天数)、疗程天数及疗程数的规律。结果:纳入文献中使用频次最高的穴位数目是1,每次施灸时间是30 min,每穴施灸时间是10 min,施灸介入时间是经前5 d,单位疗程天数是5 d,疗程数是3个疗程;不同穴位数目的施灸腧穴中关元,关元、三阴交,关元、三阴交、神阙应用最广泛;经前5 d开始灸至月经来潮时为1个疗程,共3个疗程的使用率最高。结论:目前灸量的具体操作尚无明确标准,望之后的临床研究加强灸量的准确性,共同建立中医传统艾灸的量化标准。

Objective:To explore the regularities of different quantity of over skin moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea with data mining.Methods:Search,screen and extract relevant literature about the study in past 20 years,and establish a literature database.Analyze regularities of acpoints,numbers of acpoints,time of treatment,time of each acpoint,the days before period and treatment courses by data mining.Results In frequency analysis,the number of acupoint is 1,each duration of moxibustion is 30 min,time of each acpoint is 10 min,the days before period is 5 days,each course of treatment is 5 days and the number of course of treatment is 3.And Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Shenque are frequently used.A treatment course is 5 days before Menstruation.Conclusion:At present,there is no clear standard for specific operation of moxibustion quantity.Accuracy and standard of moxibustion quantity will be strengthened in clinic.
