实施思想政治教育,教师是关键。在社会主义新时代,思想政治课教师应该具备四大核心素养,即思想政治教育基本专业素养、马克思主义基本理论素养、社会主义政治意识素养和道德养成素养。因此,在实践中要做到:创新思想政治教育教师培养模式,不断提升教师专业素养;加强马克思主义基本理论的学习,不断提升基础理论素养;深入领会中国特色社会主义理论,不断提升政治意识素养;强化思想与政治修养和道德自律,不断提升道德养成素养。

It is a decisive factor that teachers implement the ideological and political course well and effectively.In the new era of socialist countries,teachers of ideological and political courses should not only have a possession of the key competences that teachers should have,but also should have the key competences in four aspects that are commensurate with the work of ideological and political education.Namely,they should have professional ability for ideological and political education,Marxist basic theoretical level,socialist political consciousness and moral cultivation ability.To improve and cultivate the key competences by studying systematically Marxism indepth,they should deeply study and grasp the theory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,reform the mode of ideological and political educationteachers’cultivation and strengthen ideological and political cultivation and moral self-discipline.
