柴油发电机组预热器改造的研制

目前,柴油发电机组作为备用电源在油田应用较为广泛,用户包括钻井、野外施工单位、医疗救护以及部分较为偏僻无法实现双回路电源供电的生产单位,采用大型柴油发电机组作为供电设备,则可满足油田企业安全用电的需求,提高生产效率,保障安全生产,并实现应急备用电源。针对使用大量不同型号、功率、厂家的柴油发电机组,在使用中存在的维护不方便,低温状态下无法启动运行等问题,通过采用预热技术,确保柴油发电机组在低温状态下顺利启动运行,在满足对设备节能降耗需求的同时,可进一步降低维护运行成本提高设备利用率、完好率。

At present,diesel generator sets are widely used as backup power in oil fields,including drilling and field construction large diesel generator sets as power supply equipment can meet the safety demand of oil field enterprises,improve production efficiency,ensure safe production and realizeemergency standby power supply.To use a lot of different type,power,manufacturer of diesel generator set,exist in the use of maintenance is not convenient,the problem such as low temperature condition cannot be started running,by adopting preheating technology,ensure the diesel generator set is up and running smoothly in low temperature condition,while meet the demand for energy saving equipment,can further reduce the maintenance cost for improving the utilization ratio of equipment pipe.
