摘要
X采油矿于2002年进入特高含水期开发阶段,具有原油黏度高,含蜡浓度大的特点,区块开发面临含水上升速度过快,产量递减幅度加大的开发矛盾,已建设施运行时间延长造成效率下降,能耗增加,全矿生产能耗呈上升趋势。X采油矿通过推广应用无功补偿节电技术、开展润滑介质降黏试验、探索功率平衡调整新参数等创新实践,推行机采系统个性化节电挖潜优化管理模式,取得了较好的节电效果。
in 2002 X extraction into determining the development phase,is characterized by a high viscosity of crude oil,wax concentration characteristics of large block development facing water cut rising too fast,the development of production decline rate increasing contradictions,existing facilities extended their run cause the loss of efficiency,energy consumption increase,the mineral sheers production energy consumption is on the rise.By applying reactive compensation and electricity saving technology,carrying out viscosity reduction test of lubricating medium,exploring new parameters of power balance adjustment and other innovative practices,the personalized power-saving and potential-exploiting optimization management mode of mechanical mining system is implemented in X oil recovery mine,and good power saving effect is achieved.
