摘要 随油田开发深入,能耗水平居高不下,为继续保证节能效果,需要从节点能耗管控入手,以缓解技术节能措施后劲不足的状况。盘根盒是油井能耗的重要节点,对其进行优化设计,具有一定节能潜力。以合理调盘根实现节能效果为例出发,对盘根盒进行了定扭力设计,采用扭矩调整装置实现扭力固定可调;对盘根松紧度与能耗关系进行了初步研究,初步确定了水驱和聚驱井盘根合理扭矩范围。现场实施81口井,平均有功节电率3.3%,取得较好的节电效果。 With the development of oil field,the energy consumption level remains high.In order to ensure the energy saving effect,it is necessary to start with the node energy consumption control to alleviate the lack of technical energy saving measures.The packing box is an important node of oil well energy consumption.Based on the energy-saving effect of reasonably adjusting the packing,the fixed torque of packing box is designed,and the torque adjustment device is used to fix and adjust the torque.The relationship between the tightness and energy consumption was studied,and the reasonable torque range of water drive and polymer drive well was determined.81 Wells were put into operation on site,with an average active power saving rate of 3.3%.
