摘要 某液化天然气装置在运行过程中容易产生富氮闪蒸气和重烃闪蒸气,为避免直接燃烧造成环境污染及资源浪费,通过装置工艺流程分析后对燃料气系统及控制系统进行升级改造,将富氮闪蒸气和重烃闪蒸气引入导热油炉与天然气混烧,用来给原料气加热装置、脱碳装置及再生气加热装置提供热负荷,实现资源回收利用,降低污染,为液化工厂提供安全平稳、节能高效的运行环境。 The nitrogen-rich flash gas and the heavy hydrocarbon flash gas are easily produced during the operation of a liquid natural gas plant,In order to avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by direct combustion,the fuel gas system and control system are upgraded and modified.The nitrogen-rich flash gas and heavy hydrocarbon flash gas are introduced into the heat conduction oil furnace and the natural gas mixed burning to provide heat load for feedstock gas heating device,decarbonization device and regenerative gas heating device.To realize resource recovery and utilization,reduce pollution,and provide a safe,stable,energy-saving and efficient operating environment for liquefaction plants.
