摘要
为了解决在配水间或注水井井口安装增压泵的注水系统能耗指标无法计算的问题,根据国家标准GB/T 33653-2017《油田生产系统能耗测试和计算方法》完善了注水系统模型,在模型中增加了增压泵,并重新推导了由于模型改变而受影响的注水系统输入功率、注水管线损失率、注水管网损失率等相关能耗指标计算公式,解决了这一难题,规范了带增压泵注水系统能耗指标计算方法,为后续此类注水系统节能潜力分析和节能改造提供可靠的依据。
In order to solve the problem that energy consumption index of water injection system installed booster pump in water distribution or injection well head cannot be calculated,the model of water injection system is improved according to the National standard GB/T 33653-2017 Energy Consumption Test and Calculation Method of Oilfield Production System,increased the booster pump in the model,and derives the affected due to model change again the water injection system of the input power,injection line loss rate and loss rate of water injection pipeline related formula of energy consumption index,solved this problem,the specification with booster pump energy consumption index calculation method of water injection system,It provides a reliable basis for energy saving potential analysis and energy saving renovation of the following water injection systems.
