陈志强教授中医药治疗膜性肾病临床经验总结

Professor CHEN Zhiqiang’s clinical experience of the treatment on traditional Chinese medicine for membranous nephropathy

陈志强教授从事中西医结合诊治慢性肾脏疾病临床科研工作30余年,对膜性肾病的治疗有着较为丰富的经验,特别是运用中医辨证论治,提出膜性肾病的病机为"脾肾亏虚,瘀水互结",治疗遵循健脾补肾、祛湿利水、化瘀通络的基本治疗原则,强调健脾补肾以助正气,宣通三焦以泄湿浊,化瘀通络以消瘀血,临床治疗取得较好疗效,并附医案1则,以资佐证。

Professor CHEN Zhiqiang,who has engaged in the combination of Chinese and Westein medicine diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease clinical and scientific research for more than thirty years,is good at treating membranous nephropathy,especially using traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.In his opinion,the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy is“the spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and wet muddy”.He has proposed that the treatment should follow the basic principles of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,cleaning wet muddy and alleviating water retention,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.He emphasizes the importance of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney for vital qi,dredging sanjiao for cleaning wet muddy and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals for eliminating blood stasis.The clinical treatment has good effects,and this article showed a medical case to prove the efficiency.
