糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理探讨

Clinical Nursing of Arteriovenous Fistula in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理措施,分析其使用效果。方法 2018年1月—2019年1月按照随机采样的方式,将该院参与糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者护理的56名护士作为研究对象,对照组包含28名护士,采取常规护理服务;观察组包含28名护士,采取优质护理服务。两组中各抽取60例资料完备的患者来进行调研,对两组护士的护理质量、患者对其护理服务满意度、不良事件发生率等指标来对其护理状况进行统计和比较。结果从研究结果上看,观察组护理质量、护理满意度均高于对照组,观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者行维持性血液透析治疗时,加强临床护理,能够保证动静脉内瘘的使用安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures of arteriovenous fistula in patients with diabetic nephropathy and maintain hemodialysis,and to analyze the effect of its use.Methods From Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 According to the random sampling method,56 nurses in the hospital who participated in the maintenance of diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients were taken as the research object.The control group included 28 nurses and received routine nursing services;the observation group included 28 nurses and received high-quality nursing service.60 complete patients were selected for investigation in each of the two groups,and the nursing status,patient satisfaction with their nursing services,and incidence of adverse events were compared to compare the nursing status of the two groups.Results From the study results,the quality of care and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening clinical care during maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy can ensure the safe use of arteriovenous fistulas.
