妊娠期糖尿病孕妇医学营养治疗依从性与妊娠结局的关系的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Relationship between Medical Nutrition Treatment Compliance and Pregnancy Outcome in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇医学营养治疗依从性与妊娠结局的关系。方法将该院2018年9月—2019年2月门诊经治的124例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,均给予医学营养治疗,根据依从性评价表将其分为两组:将其中65例依从性高,严格配合医学营养治疗者作为观察组,另59例依从性差,未服从饮食运动指导者作为对照组。对比两组孕妇围生期并发症发生率及新生儿并发症发生率。结果观察组孕妇围生期并发症总发生率为12.31%,新生儿总并发症发生率为9.23%,均低于对照组的32.20%,27.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的临床管理,做好孕期营养指导及配合适当运动治疗,做好宣传,提高其医学营养治疗依从性有利于控制血糖、改善妊娠结局,减少母婴并发症发生率,保障母婴安全。

Objective To explore the relationship between medical nutrition treatment compliance and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 124 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in the hospital from September 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research objects,and all were given medical nutrition treatment.They were divided into two groups according to the compliance evaluation form:65 cases who had high compliance and strictly cooperated with medical nutrition therapy as the observation group,and 59 patients with poor compliance who did not obey the dietary exercise instructor served as the control group.The perinatal complications and neonatal complications were compared between the two groups of pregnant women.Results The total incidence of perinatal complications of pregnant women in the observation group was 12.31%,and the total incidence of neonatal complications was 9.23%,which were lower than 32.20%and 27.12%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the clinical management of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,providing nutritional guidance during pregnancy and appropriate exercise therapy,and promoting publicity,and improving their compliance with medical nutritional treatment are conducive to controlling blood glucose,improving pregnancy outcomes and reducing the incidence of maternal and infant complications,so as to ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
