护理干预对老年肿瘤合并糖尿病患者放射治疗的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Nursing Intervention on Radiation Therapy for Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes

目的对在老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者放射治疗中应用护理干预的价值进行探究。方法选择该院收治的相关患者作为研究对象,共计搜集了60例老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照病历单双号将其划分为常规护理组和护理干预组,每组30例。两组患者分别采用常规护理和护理干预进行护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果护理干预组和常规护理组在护理前的血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,护理干预组的血糖水平和生活质量评分明显优于常规护理组,两组比较经过检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过护理干预的方式护理老年鼻咽癌合并糖尿病患者能够控制患者的血糖,而且可以提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in radiotherapy for elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients From March 2016 to Sep 2018 with nasopharyngeal carcinoma complicated with diabetes were collected from the relevant patients admitted in our hospital as the research object.They were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group according to the single and double numbers of medical records,each group had 30 patients.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional nursing and nursing interventions,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the blood glucose levels between the nursing intervention group and the conventional nursing group before nursing,after testing(P>0.05).After the nursing,the blood glucose level and quality of life score of the nursing intervention group were significantly better than those of the conventional nursing group.The comparison was tested(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for nursing elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and diabetes can control the blood glucose of patients and improve their quality of life.
