围术期护理干预用于2型糖尿病患者肝胆外科手术中的价值研究

The Value of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Hepatobiliary Surgery in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究围术期护理干预在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者行肝胆外科手术中的应用价值。方法从2018年1—8月于该院行肝胆外科手术的T2DM患者中挑选57例作为常规组(行基础围术期护理),再从2018年9月—2019年5月接收的患者中挑选57例作为研究组(行综合围术期护理)。比较两组血糖情况[餐前血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、疾病知识知晓率及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c指标水平均低于常规组;疾病知识知晓率(91.23%)则高于常规组(75.44%);此外,研究组术后并发症发生率(5.26%)明显较常规组(19.30%)低(P<0.05)。结论综合围术期护理干预在T2DM患者肝胆手术中具有优良的护理价值,其可有效降低患者血糖水平,提高疾病知识知晓率,并减少术后并发症。

Objective To study the application value of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Methods From January to August 2018,57 patients with T2DM who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in the hospital were selected as the routine group(basic perioperative care)and received from September 2018 to May 2019.57 patients were selected as the study group(comprehensive perioperative nursing).Comparison of blood glucose[pre-prandial blood glucose(FPG),2 h post-prandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)],disease knowledge awareness rate,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group;the disease knowledge awareness rate(91.23%)was higher than that in the conventional group(75.44%);in addition,the postoperative complications rate(5.26%)in the study group was significantly lower the routine group(19.30%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention has excellent nursing value in liver and gallbladder surgery of T2DM patients.It can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge,and reduce postoperative complications.
