个体化护理干预在脑血栓伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis and Diabetes

目的研究脑血栓伴糖尿病患者治疗中配合个体化护理的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月期间该院收治的108例脑血栓伴糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例),对照组54例患者接受常规护理,对观察组54例患者予以个体化护理;对比两组患者血糖控制效果及护理满意度。结果对照组空腹及餐后2 h血糖分别为(7.52±1.36)mmol/L、(7.75±1.48)mmol/L;观察组空腹及餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.34±1.27)mmol/L、(6.11±1.23)mmol/L;比较显示,观察组两项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.659、6.262,P=0.000、0.000)。护理满意率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血栓伴糖尿病患者采取个体化护理的临床效果非常理想,有利于控制患者血糖,并提升患者及家属对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of individualized nursing in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis with diabetes.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,108 patients with cerebral thrombosis and diabetes who were treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(54 cases)and the observation group(54 cases),and the control group was 54 patients with routine nursing care.54 patients in the observation group were given individualized care;the blood glucose control effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the control group were(7.52±1.36)mmol/L and(7.75±1.48)mmol/L;the fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were(6.34±1.27)mmol/L,(6.11±1.23)mmol/L;the comparison shows that the two indicators of the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.659,6.262,P=0.000,0.000).The nursing satisfaction rate was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of individualized nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis and diabetes is very ideal,which is beneficial to control the blood glucose of patients and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families to the nursing service.
