益气养阴活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究益气养阴活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 2018年4月—2019年5月选取110例糖尿病肾病患者,分为甲组(益气养阴活血通络方)和乙组(马来酸依那普利片),各55例。治疗2个疗程,一个疗程4周,治疗后观察效果。结果甲组治疗总有效率高于乙组,甲组疗效、尿微量白蛋白量、尿素氮、肾小球滤过率及血糖指标与乙组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Recipe in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods From Apr 2018 to May 2019 total of 110 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and divided into group A(Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Recipe)and group B(enalapril maleate),55 cases each.Two courses of treatment,one course of 4 weeks,the effect was observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B.Compared with group B,the efficacy,urine microalbumin,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate and blood glucose index of group A were statistically significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Recipe has a significant effect on diabetic nephropathy,and has high clinical promotion value.
