The Effect and Mechanism of Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Inhibitor on Diabetic Wounds

糖尿病患者创面的愈合一直是临床治疗的重点与难点,除有效控制血糖进而促进创面愈合外,目前部分焦点逐渐转移到降糖药物能否直接促进创面愈合。现已有大量研究报道二肽基肽酶-4(dipeptidyl peptidase 4,DPP-4)抑制剂对糖尿病创面愈合有潜在的促进作用,故将DPP-4抑制剂对糖尿病创面的影响及作用机制的研究进展进行综述。

Wound healing of diabetic patients has always been the focus and difficulty of clinical treatment.In addition to effectively controlling blood glucose to promote wound healing,some of the focus has gradually shifted to whether glucoselowering drugs can directly promote wound healing.A large number of studies have reported that dipeptidyl peptidase 4(DPP-4)inhibitors have a potential role in promoting healing of diabetic wounds.Therefore,the effects of DPP-4 inhibitors on diabetic wounds and the mechanism research progress are reviewed.
