摘要
为提升抽水蓄能电站防水淹厂房的技术措施,结合工程实例,在分析顶盖螺栓断裂原因,确定设计安全裕度后完成了螺栓结构优化选型设计;从调速系统设置液压冗余回路、进水球阀控制柜布置、事故工况下尾水闸门启闭机可靠动作等方面开展了一系列电站防水淹厂房设计优化;提出了整套现场一管双机甩负荷试验逐级反演预测与分析方法,解决了随机水压脉动无法准确计算的问题,有效降低了试验安全风险。研究成果对于通过技术手段有效提升抽水蓄能电站本质安全具有指导意义。
For upgrading anti-flooding technology of pumped storage power station,this paper is based on a certain engineering project.After analyzing the reason of bolt fraction on head cover and defining the safety allowance of design,the bolt structure optimization design was completed.A series of design optimization of anti-flooding plant was carried out from aspects of hydraulic redundant loop in governor system,the layout of main spherical valve control cabinet and the operation reliability of tail water gate hoist under accident condition.A set of inverting prediction and analysis method of two units load rejection test in one channel was proposed,which solved the problem that the random pressure fluctuation cannot be calculated accurately and effectively reduced the safety risk of test.The research achievement has guiding significance to improve the essential safety of pumped storage power station by technical means in the future.
