摘要
基于产业集聚对工业企业绿色创新效率的影响机理,利用2005~2016年中国地级市面板数据,运用空间计量模型实证检验生产性服务业集聚和制造业集聚对工业企业绿色创新效率的影响及其空间溢出效应。结果显示,中国工业企业绿色创新效率本身具有显著的空间相关性;生产性服务业集聚在长期和短期内均显著提升了本市工业企业绿色创新效率;制造业集聚在长期和短期内对本市工业企业绿色创新效率均有显著的抑制作用,对相邻城市工业企业绿色创新效率存在显著的正向溢出效应。最后,针对研究结论提出相应的政策建议。
Based on the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises,this paper empirically tests the impact of producer service agglomeration and manufacturing agglomeration on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises and its spatial spillover effect by using of the panel data of Chinese cities at prefectural level and above from 2005 to 2016.The research shows that the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises has the characteristic of spatial correlation.The producer service agglomeration has significantly improved the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in this city.The manufacturing agglomeration has a significant inhibitory effect on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in this city in the long and short term,but has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in neighboring cities in the long and short term.Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusions.
