摘要
目的:研究早期下床活动干预应用于老年人工髋关节置换患者的效果。方法:选取我院2017年5月至2019年3月收治的102例行髋关节置换术的患者为研究对象,使用简单随机化法将其分为试验组(n=52)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者术后实施常规护理进行干预,试验组患者在对照组的护理基础上予以早期下床活动干预。干预30 d后,采用Harris人工髋关节功能评分评估患者的人工髋关节功能,以生活质量综合评定量表(Generic quality of life inventory,GQOLI-74)评估患者生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:干预后试验组Harris人工髋关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态和躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期下床活动干预应用于老年人工髋关节置换患者中能有效改善患者活动功能,促进人工髋关节功能恢复,降低术后并发症。
Objective:To study the effect of early out-of-bed activity intervention in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement.Methods:One hundred and two patients receiving hip arthroplasty in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by simple randomization.The patients in control group(n=50)received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in experimental group(n=52)received early out of bed activity intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.After intervention,the function,quality of life and complications of artificial hip joint in the two groups were compared.Results:The functional score of Harris artificial hip joint in the experimental group after intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,social function,material life status and physical function in the comprehensive quality of life rating scale(GQOLI-74)were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early out-of-bed activity intervention in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement can effectively improve the patient's activity function,promote the recovery of artificial hip function,and reduce postoperative complications.
